KAMADO GRILL HACKS: LIGHTING THE GRILL

Start your summer and grilling season off right, by always knowing how to be able to light your lump charcoal in your Kamado Grill. No lighter fluid or fuel briquettes needed! This hack is my go-to, as I don’t like cooking with chemicals.

Use about 3 teaspoons of olive to cover about 3 sheets of paper towel.

Insert into the center of the lump charcoal. Light, close lid and let the flame do the work!

Tip: Bacon works as a great substitute for olive oil!
