Recipe: True Brew Vietnamese Iced Coffee

True Brew Vietnamese Iced Coffee 
Serves 4

Ingredients 
14oz (149g)  Condensed Milk
16oz (500ml)  50 / 50 mixture of condensed milk and 2% milk
One naval orange (peeled, twisted and dried)
One Bunch of Mint
2 Cups of Ice

 

Method 
  • Using the Delonghi Dinamica machine, Select the strength of coffee too strong.
  • Place 3 large ice cubes into your desired glass, and generously pour condensed milk over the ice cubes.
  • Place a glass under the pour dispenser. Adjust the pour dispenser if necessary. Then press the True Brew automated button and allow coffee, that is at a perfect “pour over” temperature, to pour over the ice and condensed milk.
  • Add more ice to desired consistency, followed by orange peel, let the coffee sit for one minute, allowing the orange peel oils to infuse with the coffee.
  • Add 50/50 mixture and stir together.
  • Garnish with one more orange peel twist and a bruised mint leaf for a fresh twist for your True Brew drink!
