Baked Peaches


Brown Sugar Caramelized Peaches with Mascarpone and Almonds

Made in a Home Air Fryer

Yields 2 servings


1 peach split in half, pit removed
2 tsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp butter, cut in half
Slivered almonds, mascarpone or yogurt, raspberries, to garnish


Place peach halves cut-side-up in air fryer. Sprinkle tops with sugar and top with butter.

Air fry at 400^F until caramelized and nicely browned, 8-10 minutes.

Garnish with mascarpone or yogurt and desired toppings. Enjoy!
