QUESO CHEESE

Queso Cheese

Made in a home multi cooker or  slow cooker

INGREDIENTS

8 oz. cream cheese, cut into cubes

8 oz. American cheese, cut into cubes or sliced

8 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded

2 ripe-vine tomatoes, diced

½ cup scallions, sliced

1 small can green chiles

2 Tbsp cup hot sauce

¼ cup milk

METHOD

  • In a slow cooker or multi-cooker, combine ingredients. Cook on slow cooker function until melted. Stir to combine.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper. Keep queso in a slow cooker/multi-cooker to keep warm, and to serve. Garnish with scallions and serve with tortilla chips.
