Breakfast Pizza

Serves 2 

Made in a home Countertop pizza maker


1 lb store-bought pizza dough, room temperature

marinara sauce

1 cup ricotta cheese

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

1 cup loose breakfast sausage, cooked

2 cups baby arugula

2 hard-boiled eggs, cut into quarters, lengthwise

olive oil & fresh basil/arugula to garnish


  • Press pizza dough into a thin round, about the size of the pizza maker. Top with marinara sauces, spreading evenly using the back of a spoon.
  • Top with a few dollops of fresh ricotta, cooked sausage and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Drizzle with olive oil and cook in pizza machine or 500ºF oven, until crust is golden-brown and crisp.
  • Remove to a serving platter and top with arugula and hard-boiled eggs. Finish with a pinch of salt and a drizzle of olive oil.
