YOGURT
Yogurt

Made in a home multicooker
Serves 6 -8 portions
INGREDIENTS
1-quart whole milk
1 tbsp yogurt, room temperature
jam, strawberry, mango, blueberry
special equipment: mason jars
METHOD
- Heat milk in a medium pot until a thermometer reads 110ºF. In a medium bowl, whisk to combine yogurt with a few tablespoons warmed milk. Add yogurt mixture to pot with milk and stir to combine.
- Fill mason jars with a few tablespoons of desired jam. Top with the yogurt-milk mixture. Close mason jars with tight-fitting lid. Add 1 cup water to the bowl of multi-cooker and add steaming attachment, Place mason jars on top of steamer and close lid. Activate yogurt function. Yogurt will form in about 8 hours.
