Monkeys Uncle Milkshake

Made in a home Blender

Serves 2-4

INGREDIENTS

1 banana

1-pint vanilla ice cream

¼ cup milk

¼ cup toasted pecans, plus more to top

2 tablespoons brown sugar

pinch of salt

(for those over 21years old: Add a splash of bourbon) 

METHOD

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Serve in tall glass with a straw and top with more chopped pecans. Garnish with caramelized banana slice, if desired.
