Savory Honey Mustard Ice Cream

Made in Home Ice Cream Maker
For Honey Mustard Ice Cream:
4 cups half-n-half
¼ cup honey
2 Tbsp whole grain mustard
½ cup yellow mustard
1 tsp salt
- Combine ingredients in medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Cook, stirring frequently until mixture comes to a simmer.
- Remove from heat and set aside to cool to room temperature. Transfer to a bowl or container, cover, and store in the refrigerator until ready to churn into ice cream. Follow manufacturer’s instructions to make mustard ice cream.
- Serve with pulled pork sliders.
