Savory Brown Sugar BBQ Ice Cream

For Brown Sugar BBQ Ice Cream:
4 cups half-n-half
1 cup BBQ sauce
¼ cup dark brown sugar
1 tsp salt
- Combine ingredients in medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Cook, stirring frequently until mixture comes to a simmer.
- Remove from heat and set aside to cool to room temperature. Transfer to a bowl or container, cover, and store in the refrigerator until ready to churn into ice cream.
- Follow manufacturer’s instructions to make brown sugar BBQ ice cream.
- Serve with pulled pork sliders.
