BBQ Pulled Pork (8-1 Multi Cooker)

Made in Instant Pot (8 in 1 Multi Cooker)
3 lb pork shoulder, boneless
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
1 cup orange juice
¼ cup BBQ sauce
¼ cup yellow mustard
1 red onion, thinly sliced
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- Season pork shoulder with salt and pepper. Transfer pork to bowl of multi-cooker and add remaining ingredients. Follow the manufacturer’s guide for the closing lid and preparing to cook.
- Set multi-cooker to pressure cook on high for 1 hour. Allow steam to release fully, then open the lid. Using a pair of tongs or two forks, shred pork. Mix pork with juices and vegetables.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve pulled pork with slider buns, slaw, and savory mustard ice cream or brown sugar bbq ice cream, if desired.
